What to Expect

All classes offer hands-on learning in a relaxed and intimate setting. Class sizes are deliberately small, allowing participants the time and space to truly master the lesson and their cooking skills.

Each class lasts about 3 hours and will cover a full menu that includes appetizer, soup, salad, entree, side dish and dessert. Please click here to view some sample menus that may be prepared for your session. We can also work with you to design special menus for private sessions or parties.
